Simulten was founded in 2014 with a single mission: to help people work better together.  We do this by offering a unique DE&I Wellness program and provide consulting services as well.  Simulten's Wellness Program allows people within a company to: share where they saw/heard/felt undervalued or disrespected while remaining anonymous.  Simulten intern informs the training depart, hr and/or DE&I teams where there are opportunities for training.  This all happens with the employee remains 100% anonymous.
